শপথ তূর (পর্বত) এর,

By the mount

বাংলা অনুবাদ

শপথ লিখিত বিধানের, যা ধারাবাহিকভাবে সংরক্ষিত,

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

And [by] a Book inscribed

বাংলা অনুবাদ

যা রয়েছে উন্মুক্ত প্রসারিত পাতায়।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

In parchment spread open

বাংলা অনুবাদ

শপথ সেই বসতিপূর্ণ ঘরের,

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

And [by] the frequented House

বাংলা অনুবাদ

শপথ সমুন্নত ছাদের (আকাশ),

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

And [by] the heaven raised high

বাংলা অনুবাদ

শপথ উত্তপ্ত সমুদ্রের,

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

And [by] the sea filled [with fire],

বাংলা অনুবাদ

নিশ্চয়ই তোমার প্রতিপালকের শাস্তি অবশ্যম্ভাবী।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Indeed, the punishment of your Lord will occur.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

তা প্রতিহত করার কেউ নেই।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Of it there is no preventer.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

যেদিন আকাশ প্রবলভাবে দুলতে থাকবে।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

On the Day the heaven will sway with circular motion

বাংলা অনুবাদ

এবং পর্বতসমূহ চলতে থাকবে।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

And the mountains will pass on, departing -

বাংলা অনুবাদ

সুতরাং সেদিন মিথ্যারোপকারীদের জন্য রয়েছে দুর্ভোগ।

Then woe, that Day, to the deniers,

বাংলা অনুবাদ

যারা অনর্থক বিষয়ে নিমগ্ন হয়ে খেলাচ্ছলে সময় কাটায়।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Who are in [empty] discourse amusing themselves.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

যেদিন তাদের জাহান্নামের আগুনের দিকে ধাক্কা দিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়া হবে।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

The Day they are thrust toward the fire of Hell with a [violent] thrust, [its angels will say],

বাংলা অনুবাদ

(বলা হবে:) ’এটি সেই আগুন, যা তোমরা মিথ্যা মনে করতে।’

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

"This is the Fire which you used to deny.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

’ তবে কি এটি জাদু? নাকি তোমরা দেখতে পাচ্ছ না?’

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Then is this magic, or do you not see?

বাংলা অনুবাদ

’এতে প্রবেশ কর; অতঃপর ধৈর্য ধরো অথবা ধৈর্য না ধরো, তোমাদের জন্য উভয়ই সমান। তোমরা যা কাজ করতে, তোমাদের কেবল তারই প্রতিদান দেওয়া হচ্ছে।’

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

[Enter to] burn therein; then be patient or impatient - it is all the same for you. You are only being recompensed [for] what you used to do."

বাংলা অনুবাদ

নিশ্চয়ই আত্মসচেতন ও আত্মসংযমীরা (মুত্তাকীরা) থাকবে জান্নাতে ও আরাম-আয়েশে।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Indeed, the righteous will be in gardens and pleasure,

বাংলা অনুবাদ

তাদের প্রতিপালক যা দিয়েছেন, তা নিয়ে তারা আনন্দিত থাকবে; এবং তাদের প্রতিপালক তাদের প্রজ্বলিত আগুনের শাস্তি থেকে রক্ষা করবেন।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Enjoying what their Lord has given them, and their Lord protected them from the punishment of Hellfire.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

(বলা হবে:) ‘তোমরা খাও এবং পান কর আনন্দের সাথে, তোমরা যা কাজ করতে তার বিনিময়ে।’

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

[They will be told], "Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you used to do."

বাংলা অনুবাদ

তারা সারিবদ্ধ আসনের উপর হেলান দিয়ে থাকবে। এবং আমরা তাদের সঙ্গী করেছি ডাগর নয়না বিশেষ বৈশিষ্ট্যের অধিকারীদের।

They will be reclining on thrones lined up, and We will marry them to fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করেছে এবং তাদের বংশধররা যারা বিশ্বাসের সাথে তাদের অনুসরণ করেছে, আমরা তাদের বংশধরদেরকে তাদের সাথে মিলিত করব। এবং আমরা তাদের কৃতকর্মের কোনো কিছুই কমাব না। প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তিই নিজ কৃতকর্মের জন্য দায়বদ্ধ।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

And those who believed and whose descendants followed them in faith - We will join with them their descendants, and We will not deprive them of anything of their deeds. Every person, for what he earned, is retained.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

এবং আমরা তাদেরকে ফল ও মাংস দিয়ে সমৃদ্ধ করব, যা কিছু তারা ইচ্ছা করবে।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

And We will provide them with fruit and meat from whatever they desire.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

তারা সেখানে একে অপরের মধ্যে পানপাত্র আদান-প্রদান করবে; তাতে থাকবে না কোনো অসার কথা এবং কোনো পাপের বিষয়।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

They will exchange with one another a cup [of wine] wherein [results] no ill speech or commission of sin.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

এবং তাদের চারপাশে তাদের জন্য সেবায় নিয়োজিত পরিচারকরা ঘুরে বেড়াবে, যেন তারা সযত্নে সংরক্ষিত মুক্তার মতো।

There will circulate among them [servant] boys [especially] for them, as if they were pearls well-protected.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

এবং তারা একে অপরের দিকে ফিরে এসে পরস্পর জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করবে,

And they will approach one another, inquiring of each other.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

বলবে: ‘পূর্বে আমরা পরিবার-পরিজনের মধ্যে শংকিত অবস্থায় ছিলাম,’

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

They will say, "Indeed, we were previously among our people fearful [of displeasing Allah].

বাংলা অনুবাদ

‘অতঃপর আল্লাহ আমাদের উপর অনুগ্রহ করেছেন এবং আমাদেরকে দগ্ধকারী উত্তাপের শাস্তি থেকে রক্ষা করেছেন।’

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

So Allah conferred favor upon us and protected us from the punishment of the Scorching Fire.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

নিশ্চয় আমরা আগেও তাঁকে ডাকতাম, নিশ্চয়ই তিনিই পরম কল্যাণময়, পরম দয়াশীল।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Indeed, we used to supplicate Him before. Indeed, it is He who is the Beneficent, the Merciful."

বাংলা অনুবাদ

সুতরাং স্মরণ করিয়ে দাও। তোমার প্রতিপালকের অনুগ্রহে তুমি কোনো ভবিষ্যৎ-বক্তা নও এবং উন্মাদও নও।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

So remind [O Muhammad], for you are not, by the favor of your Lord, a soothsayer or a madman.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

নাকি তারা বলে: ‘সে একজন কবি; আমরা এ বিষয়ে সময়ের অনিবার্য পরিণতির অপেক্ষায় আছি।’

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Or do they say [of you], "A poet for whom we await a misfortune of time?"

বাংলা অনুবাদ

বল: ‘তোমরা প্রতীক্ষা কর, আমিও তোমাদের সাথে প্রতীক্ষাকারীদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত।’

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Say, "Wait, for indeed I am, with you, among the waiters."

বাংলা অনুবাদ

নাকি তাদের বিবেচনাশক্তি তাদেরকে এ নির্দেশ দেয়? নাকি তারা সীমালঙ্ঘনকারী সম্প্রদায়?

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Or do their minds command them to [say] this, or are they a transgressing people?

বাংলা অনুবাদ

নাকি তারা বলে: ‘সে এটি রচনা করেছে?’ আসল কথা হলো তারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করতে চায় না।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Or do they say, "He has made it up"? Rather, they do not believe.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

তারা যদি সত্যবাদী হয়, তবে এর অনুরূপ একটি বাণী (হাদীস) নিয়ে আসুক।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Then let them produce a statement like it, if they should be truthful.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

নাকি তারা কোনো কিছু ছাড়াই (স্রষ্টা ছাড়াই)) সৃষ্টি হয়েছে? নাকি তারাই সৃষ্টিকারী?

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Or were they created by nothing, or were they the creators [of themselves]?

বাংলা অনুবাদ

নাকি তারা আসমান ও যমীন সৃষ্টি করেছে? আসলে তারা (কোন কথায়) নিশ্চিত বিশ্বাসী নয়।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Rather, they are not certain.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

নাকি তোমার প্রতিপালকের ভাণ্ডারসমূহ তাদের কাছে রয়েছে? নাকি তারাই নিয়ন্ত্রণকারী?

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Or have they the depositories [containing the provision] of your Lord? Or are they the controllers [of them]?

বাংলা অনুবাদ

নাকি তাদের কাছে, সিঁড়ি আছে যাতে তারা (আকাশে উঠে যায় আর গোপন কথা) শুনে থাকে? থাকলে তাদের (সেই) শ্রোতা স্পষ্ট প্রমাণ হাজির করুক।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Or have they a stairway [into the heaven] upon which they listen? Then let their listener produce a clear authority.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

নাকি তাঁর রয়েছে কন্যাসন্তান, আর তোমাদের রয়েছে পুত্রসন্তান?

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Or has He daughters while you have sons?

বাংলা অনুবাদ

নাকি তুমি তাদের কাছে কোনো পারিশ্রমিক চাও, যার কারণে তারা কোনো আর্থিক দায়ে ভারাক্রান্ত?

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Or do you, [O Muhammad], ask of them a payment, so they are by debt burdened down?

বাংলা অনুবাদ

নাকি তাদের কাছে অদৃশ্য বিষয় সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান আছে, আর তারা তা লিখে দিতে পারে?

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Or have they [knowledge of] the unseen, so they write [it] down?

বাংলা অনুবাদ

নাকি তারা কোনো পরিকল্পনা করেছে? কিন্তু যারা অস্বীকার করেছে, তারাই সেই পরিকল্পনার শিকার হবে।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Or do they intend a plan? But those who disbelieve - they are the object of a plan.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

নাকি আল্লাহ ছাড়া তাদের কোনো অন্য বিধানদাতা রয়েছে? আল্লাহ মহান পবিত্র, তারা যা অংশীদার করে তা থেকে।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

Or have they a deity other than Allah? Exalted is Allah above whatever they associate with Him.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

আর যদি তারা আকাশ থেকে পতিত কোনো খণ্ড দেখতে পায়, তারা বলে: ‘এটি স্তূপীকৃত মেঘ।’

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

And if they were to see a fragment from the sky falling, they would say, "[It is merely] clouds heaped up."

বাংলা অনুবাদ

অতএব তাদের ছেড়ে দাও, যতক্ষণ না তারা তাদের সেই দিনের সাক্ষাৎ পায়, যেদিন তারা আকস্মিকভাবে আঘাতপ্রাপ্ত হবে।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

So leave them until they meet their Day in which they will be struck insensible -

বাংলা অনুবাদ

সেই দিনে তাদের পরিকল্পনা তাদের কোনো উপকার করবে না, আর তারা কোনো সহায়তাও পাবে না।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

The Day their plan will not avail them at all, nor will they be helped.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

আর নিশ্চয়ই যারা অন্যায় করবে, তাদের জন্য থাকবে এছাড়াও আরো শাস্তি; কিন্তু তাদের অধিকাংশই জানে না।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

And indeed, for those who have wronged is a punishment before that, but most of them do not know.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

আর তোমার প্রতিপালকের সিদ্ধান্তের জন্য ধৈর্য ধরো; নিশ্চয়ই তুমি আমাদের পর্যবেক্ষণের মধ্যে রয়েছ। আর তোমার প্রতিপালকের প্রশংসাসহ পবিত্রতা ঘোষণা করো, যখন তুমি উঠবে,

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

And be patient, [O Muhammad], for the decision of your Lord, for indeed, you are in Our eyes. And exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord when you arise.

বাংলা অনুবাদ

আর রাতের কিছু অংশে, অতঃপর তারাগুলো যখন অস্ত যায় তখনও তাঁর পবিত্রতা ও মহিমা ঘোষনা করো।

ইংরেজি অনুবাদ

And in a part of the night exalt Him and after [the setting of] the stars.
